Does it work on scanned PDFs and images?
Yes — that's the whole point. It reads the pixels on your screen, so it works on scanned PDFs, photos, images, remote-desktop windows… anything you can see, in any app.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. The capture and the OCR both run on your machine. No account, no cloud, no telemetry — your invoices and bank details never leave your computer.
What if the OCR misreads a digit?
For IBANs, every read is validated against the official ISO 13616 mod-97 checksum. If a read can't be verified, it's clearly flagged and never auto-copied — you'll never be handed a wrong account number as if it were correct. For all fields, the result is shown next to your cursor so you can confirm it against the document.
Which fields does it recognise?
IBANs, currency amounts, dates and invoice numbers — plus you always see the raw text it read, so you can copy that too.
Windows only?
